Qualifications: Bachelor in Sport and Recreation AUT, ZUU Bronze level trainer, level 1 Olympic Weightlifting technique and teaching principles.

Experience: 17 years experience as Fitness Manager at YMCA Massey and Maximus Fitness

About: As well as being in the Fitness Industry I am also a Youth Worker and have the privilege of working with some awesome Young people over the past 10 years. My favourite part of working in the fitness industry apart from meeting and helping people achieve there goals is creating and writing workouts.  I really enjoy taking ideas and creating unique workout plans. If I am not at gym you will probably find me spending time with family and hanging out with my nephews and niec.
