You never know what you are going to get. This class allows the trainer to get creative to build your Mental and Physical Toughness with a combination of Functional Lifting, Resistance and cardio based exercises. Nothing is off-limits in this class as we use everything we have at our disposal. Good class for those looking to tone and get fit, work on strength and power, and if you like to push yourself this class will definitely give you a chance to feel that burn.
